I’ve seen Dr. Madan several times and have consistently been impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and thorough care. What stands out equally is how approachable and easy she is to talk to, which makes appointments feel comfortable rather than clinical or rushed. After having been dismissed by multiple optometrists for my dry eye concerns, Dr Madan did the most thorough exam I have ever had and gave me a proper diagnosis as well as treatment options.
